What is Blue's Carolina Pepper Sauce?

Blue's Carolina Pepper Sauce is NOT a hot sauce. It is considered a table sauce or everyday condiment. This is fairly new to the sauce industry. Most sauces over power foods natural flavors. Carolina Pepper Sauce is intended to enhance flavors, not hide them. I have created a product that is not food specific. Carolina Pepper Sauce can be used on just about everything from meats, seafoods, vegetables, soups, salads, and even eggs! Available in mild that has no heat and hot, that just "kicks" things up a little. All natural and no preservatives.

What is Blue's Habanero Reserve Sauce?

Blue's Habanero Reserve is a true hot sauce. Reduced sugars, added garlic and fresh Red Savina Habanero Peppers are the foundation of this product. There are many sauces that contain Habanero peppers but not like this one. Blue's uses over 265 pounds of fresh Habanero peppers in every batch. Most hot sauces are pungent and bitter due to harsh vinegars and pepper extracts. Blue's Habanero Pepper Sauce is smooth and uses no extracts. This sauce will not melt your brain or hurt you, but use sparingly until you understand your heat tolerance.

Blue's History

Did you know that the sauce industry is one of the fastest growing and most competitive industries in this country? Why would I put myself through all of the hard work? How would I be able to compete with the big companies?

In the late 90's, Blue's BBQ, Inc. was a small catering company that I started with pull behind smokers. Folks liked my Carolina style barbecue, but they loved my home made sauces. I "kicked the tires" on trying to start a sauce company and after many months of educating myself on FDA rules and jumping through countless hoops, Carolina Pepper Sauce was born.

Like most industries, if you don't grow, you don't survive. I had wanted to expand my product line with a true hot sauce , but could not find the quantity of fresh Habanero Peppers that would be required on a regular basis. A lot of hot sauces use habanero powders and I wanted to use only fresh. It took a while, but I've found my peppers. Blue's Habanero Reserve is now available!

Blue's BBQ, Inc. is growing rapidly and my sauces are now available in 14 states as well as over 40 web wholesalers and retailers.
