Blue's Simple Marinade

Greetings Folks:

I am going to start blogging about hot sauces, barbecue sauces, reviews, recipes and just about anything else spicy, that is on my mind. Enjoy this recipe!

Blue's

This is one of the best and easiest marinades that you will find. Great on all types of poultry, pork and seafood.

  • Mix equal parts of Blue's Carolina Pepper Sauce and pure molasses.
  • Optional ingredients include garlic and ginger to make a teriyaki marinade.

Place your meats or seafood in a bag or non-reactive dish. Cover liberally with sauce for a minimum of thirty minutes. Discard sauce when marinating is complete. Grill, bake or broil as desired. Marinade stores well. No need to refrigerate. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
