1 to 2 pounds sirloin tip steak
1 can condensed French onion soup
1/2 can water rinsed from the onion soup can
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 can water rinsed from the mushroom soup can
salt and pepper to taste
Cut steak into cubes (bite size pieces) and place in casserole dish. Pour soups and water over meat and stir. Cover and place in 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender. Remove cover for the last 20 minutes so sauce will slightly thicken. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
