This is a great Teriyaki sauce. Use it as a marinade, dipping sauce, or brush it on meats right before you take them off the grill.
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (use the garlic press)
1 tablespoon garlic, pressed or minced
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 teaspoon granulated (or powdered) onion
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
