If you're looking to cut calories but still want to enjoy a delicious piece of grilled chicken, then this recipe for you. These chicken breasts can also be sliced and placed on top of a fresh green salad.
4-6 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Blue's Habanero Reserve Hot Sauce
Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Seal bag and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Preheat grill for medium heat. Remove chicken from bag and reserve marinade. Place chicken onto a lightly oiled grill grate and brush with marinade 2-3 times during cooking process. Cook chicken for 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
