Pork Chops with Mexican Dry Rub

Simple and tasty recipe!

Ingredients:

4 boneless pork chops around 3/4-inch thick
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

In a small bowl, stir together the spices. Rub dry rub evenly over the pork chops pressing the mixture into the meat. Grill over a medium-hot fire, turning once. Cook until internal temperature of meat is 160 degrees F. Approximate cooking time is 8 to 11 minutes.
